VI Superior Court Closings - April 17 - April 29

FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE

Presiding Judge, the Honorable Michael C. Dunston, announces that the Superior Court of the Virgin Islands will be closed on the following dates in observance of the 2016 Carnival Season:

§  Wednesday, April 27, 2016 – Cultural Fair
12:00 Noon to 5:00 PM – Closed in the St. Thomas/St. John District

§  Thursday, April 28, 2016 – Roas-A-Time (J’ouvert)
8:00 AM to 5:00 PM – Closed in the St. Thomas/St. John District

§  Friday, April 29, 2016 – Children’s Parade
8:00 AM to 5:00 PM – Closed in the St. Thomas/St. John and St. Croix District

All previously calendared matters and Advice of Rights will be heard as scheduled.  Filings will be accepted via a secured “lock box” at the following locations:

 St. Thomas/St. John District:       East Wing of the Court’s premises at the Alexander A. Farrelly Justice Center.

St. Croix District:                          First floor of the R.H. Amphlett Leader Justice Complex.
