	Regular Member
			Member who has taken and passed the VI Bar exam and been sworn in and is actively practicing law in the Virgin Islands.
	InActive Member
			Member has taken the VI Bar exam, passed and been sworn in. Has filed with the court and been approved and is non practicing member in the Virgin Islands.
	Specially Admitted Member
			Specially Admitted Member is barred in another jurisdiction and a member in good standing and sworn in by the Virgin Islands Supreme Court to practice in the Virgin Islands for a limited time paying all fees and dues as if barred in the Virgin Islands. A specially admitted attorney needs to take the VI Bar exam within 2 years of being appointed.
	Newly Admitted Member
			A Newly Admitted Member has taken the VI Bar exam, passed and been sworn in and pays a reduced fee for the first year of membership. If barred after October of that year would pay dues for the following year.
	Other
			Other; support staff, any person(s) wishing to participate in the website or register for any VI Bar related activities. You do not have to be an attorney to participate. Support Staff covers all other employees of the court and or attorneys.
